They were out of baby bok choy, so they substituted the veggie with mustard greens plus added Japanese shiitake mushrooms and served it in a huge plate with a light soy-based sauce. I especially liked the hot chili oil on the side for drizzling/dipping. I finally understood what all the hype was about – they were beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious. We then had the chicken and pork soup dumplings and crispy shu mai. ![]() We started out with cocktails (of course) – a lychee martini and a ginger-tequila cocktail. Lin Asian Bar + Dim Sum opened by Chef Ling Qi Wu has been open for a few months and it has already becoming an Austin favourite! I was delighted to try their dinner menu full of incredible Asian cuisine with my friend/blogger Kelsey.
